Little discouraged...((Warning Underwear shots hidden under links!))

So just did the measurements/photos in underwear thing...

And yeah.  Photos do not lie...and it is a bit of a slap in the face to come face to face with exactly how my body looks at this point in time...and that I have been lieing to myself a little bit....

So as of March 3, 2008 my stats are

Chest: 45"
Waist: 43"
Biceps: 14 1/4"
Thighs: 20 3/4"
Calfs: 15 1/2"
Forearm: 10 7/8"
Neck: 17 1/2"
Hips: 42"

Height: 5'10"
Weight: 220 lbs
Body Fat: 28%

See its funny...and part of why I'm not going to look at those pictures for a while still. I go to the gym, I totally surprise myself by how strong my body actually is. I can cover a mile in under 13 minutes (After lifting weights for an hour)...in my book that ain't bad...

My sugars have been in the range of a non-diabetic person for 4 days...I'm barely out of the gate and I already have made a ton of progress...so that gets me excited...if I'm at this point after really being on this program for 4 days...whats it going to be like in 4 weeks? 4 months? 4 years??
