Little discouraged...((Warning Underwear shots hidden under links!))

So just did the measurements/photos in underwear thing...

And yeah.  Photos do not lie...and it is a bit of a slap in the face to come face to face with exactly how my body looks at this point in time...and that I have been lieing to myself a little bit....

So as of March 3, 2008 my stats are

Chest: 45"
Waist: 43"
Biceps: 14 1/4"
Thighs: 20 3/4"
Calfs: 15 1/2"
Forearm: 10 7/8"
Neck: 17 1/2"
Hips: 42"

Height: 5'10"
Weight: 220 lbs
Body Fat: 28%

Would have commented earlier, but was preoccupied by Netherwing stuff.

In all honesty...yes, you're out of shape and yes, you're carrying excess weight in an unhealthy spot. But for your height, it's not as bad. I weigh about the same amount, and I'm five inches shorter. You're not getting pictures, though. :p

See its funny...and part of why I'm not going to look at those pictures for a while still. I go to the gym, I totally surprise myself by how strong my body actually is. I can cover a mile in under 13 minutes (After lifting weights for an hour)...in my book that ain't bad...

My sugars have been in the range of a non-diabetic person for 4 days...I'm barely out of the gate and I already have made a ton of progress...so that gets me excited...if I'm at this point after really being on this program for 4 days...whats it going to be like in 4 weeks? 4 months? 4 years??
