5 in the Evening...have ate 4 out of 6 meals for today.
I've decided to modify my meal plan a wee bit. Instead of suddenly jumping up to the full Caloric Intake I need, I'm going to go low a bit for the beginning to help my body lose the extra fat I'm carrying, plus to try to avoid any shocks to the system...which is good cause I feel fairly bloated right now... We'll see how that changes in the next 3 hours once I go work out and come back.
So we'll see how things go...plan on taking the Underwear shots/Measurements tonight...so hide the women and children now.
