5 in the Evening...have ate 4 out of 6 meals for today.

I've decided to modify my meal plan a wee bit.  Instead of suddenly jumping up to the full Caloric Intake I need, I'm going to go low a bit for the beginning to help my body lose the extra fat I'm carrying, plus to try to avoid any shocks to the system...which is good cause I feel fairly bloated right now...  We'll see how that changes in the next 3 hours once I go work out and come back.

So we'll see how things go...plan on taking the Underwear shots/Measurements tonight...so hide the women and children now.

And it feels great!

Not painful...just a feeling of I know you can do...you just won't do it.

Feeling proud, accomplished, and not like I'm about to throw up a lot like when I used to work out with Billy...and you know what?  I Can't wait to go back tomorrow night!

So just did the measurements/photos in underwear thing...

And yeah.  Photos do not lie...and it is a bit of a slap in the face to come face to face with exactly how my body looks at this point in time...and that I have been lieing to myself a little bit....

So as of March 3, 2008 my stats are

Chest: 45"
Waist: 43"
Biceps: 14 1/4"
Thighs: 20 3/4"
Calfs: 15 1/2"
Forearm: 10 7/8"
Neck: 17 1/2"
Hips: 42"

Height: 5'10"
Weight: 220 lbs
Body Fat: 28%
